After living in the area for over 8 years. I have recently discovered the joys of shopping at this Tesco. It is far superior to the rest and the team are always helpful. It is in an ideal location and shopping goes on until midnight most day. Big thank you to the staff.

Very disappointed, got there about 23:50 only to get one bottle of beer, the staff couldn’t direct me to the right place, ended up picking something else. Got to the till and was told they can’t sell it because it was after midnight, it was 00:01… and I was standing in the queue to get there… Honestly, a joke… a poor one too!

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Tried asking for a bag, after pushing the option to add a bag to my trolley, and some unusual woman near shoved me out the way to scan it for me. When she realised I’d already added it she didn’t give an apology or explanation she just walked off. Most of the team appear untrained, need upskilling in how to talk to other people in a more educated way. Would usually shop here but have found the experience significantly better at Waitrose and M&S

The worst Tesco ever. Staff are always rude and unhelpful. I’ve had multiple experiences of staff being aggressive/rude to just completely unhelpful and unwilling to help. Will always avoid shopping here if I can help it
